SongPilot Community Guidelines

Only upload or work with material you have the rights to use, or that you have permission to use. Do not pass off someone else's recording, lyrics or voice as your own, and do not impersonate another creator, person or brand.

AI output is not guaranteed to be unique and may occasionally resemble existing material, so review anything you intend to release commercially.

Do not use SongPilot to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful or abusive towards people or groups, sexual content involving minors, credible threats or incitement to violence, or content designed to harass a specific person.

Do not use anything you share publicly for spam, scams, misleading promotion or repeated advertising. Sharing your own music and style normally is welcome; flooding the app with repeated or deceptive entries is not.

If you mark a style as public, its name and description become visible to other writers. Keep it clean and useful, and do not put personal information, contact details or promotional links in it. You can delete anything you shared at any time.

You can report a rights or content problem from Help & Support in the app, or by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. A report goes to our team as a real record, with a reference you can quote if you contact us again.

Submitting a report does not remove anyone's content by itself, and we do not act on a report without reviewing it.

Reports are reviewed by a person on the SongPilot team. A report moves through review to a decision: it may be resolved without action, rejected if it is inaccurate, or upheld. Where a report is upheld, we may restrict or remove the specific item concerned — never your other projects, your credits, your payment history or your account as a whole unless the situation genuinely requires it.

Reports that are repeatedly inaccurate or abusive may be rejected, and repeated submissions of the same report are declined.

To be clear about what is real: SongPilot does not monitor your messages, does not read your private projects for moderation purposes, and does not automatically scan every upload. We look only at what a report is about, and only as far as is needed to make a decision.

If action is taken on something in your account, you will be notified in the app. You are never told who reported you, and reporters are never given your private details. If you believe a decision is wrong, reply through Help & Support and a person will look at it again.

These guidelines sit alongside the SongPilot Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the app and how your data is handled. Where the Terms and these guidelines overlap, the Terms apply.
