SongPilot Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of SongPilot. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using SongPilot you agree to them.
SongPilot is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. SongPilot is an AI-powered music creation and music development platform that helps music creators develop song ideas, lyrics, music styles, Suno/Udio prompts, song analysis, Song DNA, Song Doctor recommendations, melody analysis and songwriting coaching tools.
These Terms form an agreement between you and [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] regarding your use of the SongPilot website and application.
You may use SongPilot only if you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are old enough to do so under local law. If you use SongPilot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or organisation may not create accounts to abuse the service.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
SongPilot provides creative tools including song idea and lyric development, music style and prompt building for services such as Suno and Udio, song analysis, Song DNA, Song Doctor recommendations, melody analysis, song scoring and coaching notes.
Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.
SongPilot uses artificial intelligence. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and may vary between runs. AI results are drafts intended for your review and editing.
We do not guarantee hit songs, professional results, chart performance, specific AI output quality or vocal reproduction of any particular voice.
AI output is not guaranteed to be unique and may occasionally resemble existing material. AI-generated content should be reviewed before commercial use.
Saving a project in SongPilot is not official copyright registration. SongPilot does not provide a copyright registration service, and stored creation dates are a record of your activity in the app, not legal proof of ownership.
You keep the rights you already hold in the lyrics, ideas, audio files, melody recordings and other material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store your material and to process it in order to provide the features you request.
You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use anything SongPilot produces, including checking that it is lawful, original enough for your purposes and suitable for your intended release.
You must have the rights to any audio, lyrics or recordings you upload. We make no representation that AI-assisted output is protectable by copyright, and we do not guarantee that you own or can register rights in generated material — that depends on the law of your country and on how the material was created.
Do not use SongPilot to imitate a specific artist's voice or recordings where doing so would infringe their rights.
Do not use SongPilot to upload material you have no right to use; to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content; to attempt to breach security, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service; or to resell access without our permission.
AI features run on credits. Each generation step uses 3 credits, with the workflow total shown before use, and credits are consumed when a generation is successfully requested in line with the application's credit rules.
New accounts receive 25 one-time welcome credits for starter tools. AI generations require an available credit balance and access to the applicable tool. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Paid monthly plans grant a stated number of credits for each billing cycle. Plan prices and credit amounts on our Pricing page are marked as planned, and new checkout is paused while SongPilot prepares Tranzila.
Where an active subscription exists, its billing and renewal terms are those shown in Payment Management and in the original purchase receipt. Credit packs, when available, are one-time purchases and do not renew.
New checkout is currently paused while SongPilot prepares Tranzila. SongPilot does not collect or store full payment card numbers; any future checkout will identify its payment provider before you confirm.
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it through the subscription management process shown in Payment Management or by following the provider instructions in your original receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals under the terms shown for that subscription; access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy and subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
We aim to keep SongPilot available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, third-party outages and technical issues may interrupt access.
The SongPilot name, interface, software and design belong to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] and may not be copied or used without permission. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service, not ownership of it.
SongPilot works alongside third-party services, including AI model providers, any payment provider identified during checkout or on a prior receipt, and external music generation platforms such as Suno and Udio. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
AI features can misinterpret audio, mis-transcribe lyrics, produce generic or repetitive suggestions and give analysis that is only an estimate. Always review results before relying on them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it. By using SongPilot you agree to that policy.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using SongPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use or abuse of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost creative opportunities or loss of data arising from use of SongPilot. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

If you hold rights in a work and believe content on SongPilot uses it without permission, you can submit a copyright or content complaint from Help & Support in the app, or contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Complaints are reviewed by our team. Submitting a complaint does not automatically remove anyone's content: a report moves through review, and where a complaint is upheld we may restrict or remove the specific item concerned and notify the affected account. We may reject reports that are inaccurate or repeatedly abusive.
If your content is restricted or removed, you may respond through Help & Support.
New checkout is paused while SongPilot prepares Tranzila. Prices shown on the Pricing page are planned values, and no purchase is available until checkout is enabled and the final terms are displayed before confirmation.
For any earlier transaction or active subscription, use the billing details in your account and the original receipt. Mandatory consumer rights always apply where required by law.
